Projects, bookings & visibility
Toggle Visible to control which projects workers can log against. Retire a junk/demo project to remove it from dashboards and reports (history is kept; you can restore it). Set booked boxes × price/box for expected revenue.

Users & logins
Admin = full access. Editor = worker who logs their own time. Viewer = read-only worker. Sign-in is via Auth0 — set each person's Email (SSO login) to the Google/Microsoft/email address they log in with. Link a login to an employee so their clock/entries attach to them.
